Promap Leadership

Matt has a Master’s degree in Environmental Geology with Remote Sensing. Matt has been working in the geo-information industry for well over 20 years, initially in geological remote sensing and as Managing Director of Promap in South Africa since 2014. Matt has gained a wealth of experience in delivering aerial survey projects using Digital Cameras and LiDAR sensors across Africa.  In addition to Matt's technical skills, he has acted as project lead on a number of high profile projects throughout Southern Africa and his focus now is to ensure the continuing growth of the business in the South African.

Janco holds an Honours Degree in Geo-Informatics and has been working in the aerial aurvey industry since 2004. Janco was key to the successful establishment of the LiDAR division in the company in 2013 and is responsible for the production and project management of all LiDAR related projects, as well as managing the flight operations for both LiDAR and aerial surveys.

Janco's focus is to assist Promap growth in South Africa, ensuring it remains at the forefront of technology.
